This Giveaway has ENDED!
According to The Nibble, today is the birthday of animal crackers!
So, let's have a party!
I'm going to make a delicious after-school snack for the girls...of course, it will contain animal crackers ;-)
And for you...here's a list of delicious animal cracker recipes and a giveaway!
But first, I have a funny story to tell you.
My oldest daughter loved animal crackers when she was little, but she always bit the head off first. While, I always wondered why she did it that way, I never asked until she was around five. Surprisingly, her answer was - "It's more humane that way".
Well, let's just say my husband and I about died laughing.
How could that comment come out of a 5 year old? So, I asked her where in the world she heard such a thing?!
And of course, television was the answer. She heard it on a cartoon.

First, please don't send men with a white jacket after me...I like to snap the heads off and mix the heads and bodies to create new animals. Then, I eat the head, legs and finally the bodies. I actually got my 4 year old doing it too!

It depends. I do it every way possible. Sometimes I break off the legs, sometimes I break off the head, and sometimes I have no mercy and just shove it in my mouth :)
