1 lb. rotelle pasta
1 large jar pizza sauce
2 - 8 ounce packages shredded pizza cheese
1 - 8 ounce package sliced pepperoni
1 - 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms
Boil the pasta as directed on the packaging. Drain and rinse.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large casserole dish, combine the pasta, pizza sauce, 1 package of cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the second package (save the other half) of cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is lightly brown and bubbling.
